We’re seeking a dynamic Medical Director, Physiatrist to lead a freestanding 40 bed inpatient rehab hospital. Make a real impact on patient outcomes while shaping the future of rehabilitation care.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee all clinical operations
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality initiatives
Provide patient consultations and personalized rehab plans
Mentor staff and foster professional growth
Ensure compliance with all regulations
Contribute to strategic planning and facility growth
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Eligible in PM&R
Indiana medical license (or eligible)
Active DEA certification
